• 1 package (500 gr.) Veronelli Fusilli Pasta
• 4 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 medium onion
• 2 long green peppers
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 750 gr. Diced tomatoes
• 350 gr. meat salami
• red chili pepper, salt, black pepper
Heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the chopped onions. Chop 2 green peppers and add into the frying pan. Add the chopped garlic and fry the mixture until the green pepper is softened.
Add the diced tomatoes, black pepper and red chili pepper and simmer until it is boiled down. When the sauce reaches the desired consistency, pour over the sauce over the Veronelli Fusilli Pasta you cooked beforehand and serve.
