• 1 package (500 gr.) Veronelli Spaghetti Pasta
• 750 gr. tomato
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• Half-bunch parsley
• 2 onions
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 50 gr. butter
• 200 gr. ground meat
• thyme, salt, black pepper, basil leaf
Peel tomatoes, scrape out the seeds and chop. Chop the onion into small pieces, pour two tablespoons of olive oil into the frying pan and sauté the onion, garlic and ground meat.
Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, salt, black pepper and stir. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, butter, chopped basil leaf, parsley and thyme and allow to cook about 2 minutes. Pour the sauce over the Veronelli Spaghetti Pasta you cooked beforehand as described.
