• 1 package (500 gr.) Veronelli Penne Pasta
• 100 gr. shrimp
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 pearl onion
• Pinch of dill
• 44 long green peppers
• 1 long red pepper
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 tomatoes
• salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes
Chop the garlic and onion into small pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan, add the chopped onions and garlic, fry until the onions and garlic turn pink. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp and fry for a while. Add chopped red and green peppers. Finally add the diced tomatoes.
Your sauce will become watery after adding the tomatoes, allow to simmer. Just before you turn of the heat add salt and spices and then turn off the heat. Pour the sauce on top of Veronelli Penne Pasta you cooked in a pan and serve with the dill.
